Hidden Acre Food Company is the creation of Chef Nic Wilson. From his humble beginnings in Toronto’s bustling kitchens, Nic honed his craft at Ecole Ferrandi culinary school in Paris. He then worked in Michelin restaurants across France and the UK. Returning to Canada, he shifted to the business side of food and hospitality where he worked with various international food groups before deciding to return to the true heart of his passion: cooking.
